Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with supervisory experience in heavy-duty truck/trailer maintenance or equivalent
• Associate's Degree in Business or related field with supervisory experience in heavy-duty truck/trailer maintenance or equivalent
• 2+ years supervising employees in heavy-duty maintenance or as Walmart Refurb/Service Shop Area Manager
• Diesel, automotive or heavy equipment maintenance certifications (ASE, DOT) including supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement business plans to meet facility goals in production, quality, and safety
• Forecast staffing needs, manage workload, and monitor performance
• Monitor productivity and ensure service shop compliance; analyze reports for improvements
• Supervise shop associates and leaders, provide direction and development
• Oversee shop operations; ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and Walmart standards
