Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications describe required degrees or equivalent experience and supervisory exposure.
- Experience in managing staffing, workloads, and productivity in a fast-paced environment is expected.
- Industrial certifications and/or supervisory experience in heavy duty truck/trailer maintenance are valuable.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily service shop operations with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
- Set area goals, manage staffing and scheduling, assign work to meet targets.
- Oversee preventative maintenance for tractors, trailers, and shop equipment.
- Review operational and financial reports to monitor productivity and expenses.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
