Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review work throughout the process to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain staffing levels and respond to workload changes.
• Provide training and guidance to shop personnel and interact with customers.
• Ensure all jobs are recorded on service logs and invoices are closed daily.
• Prepare estimates for shop jobs and verify payment arrangements with Service Manager.
• Record labor hours on work orders and verify repairs before customer delivery.
• Inspect vehicles after repairs to confirm issues are resolved and customer complaints are addressed.
