Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform janitorial and sanitation duties, follow the daily schedule, and maintain a clean and safe work area. You will operate cleaning equipment and report hazards to supervision, collaborating with a team to deliver quality service.

Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills; no specific education required, 3–6 months training or experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license; safety and task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily tasks as scheduled.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures; work in a team.
• Maintain clean work area and present a professional appearance.
• Interact with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers professionally.
• Fill in during staff shortage and assist shift lead with punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
