Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cleaning operations, ensure the sanitation of all assigned areas, and operate motorized cleaning equipment. You will report incidents and hazards, adhere to safety procedures, and collaborate with a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Preferred candidates have 3–6 months of training or related experience; no specific education required.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as listed in the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team with other employees.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all protocols and company policies.
