Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, is seeking a Manager, Service Sales to drive order intake and revenue growth across North and South America from our Arlington-area team. The role demands strategic thinking, strong O&M sales experience, and ability to manage long-term service agreements with asset owners.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in energy sector sales focusing on O&M offerings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams and with customers.
• Entrepreneurial drive with ownership mentality and proactive opportunity pursuit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service sales strategies to increase order intake and recurring revenue.
• Serve as SME on Fluence Service portfolio for opportunities and long-term service agreements.
• Lead or support negotiation of long-term service contracts and other service agreements.
• Collaborate with Service operations, Product Management and Growth teams on new offerings.
• Conduct market research on competitors’ service strategies to stay on target.
• Manage opportunities in Salesforce and present offerings to customers and internal partners.
• Develop market knowledge of electricity markets in the Americas.
