This role is impactful, helping advance technology by enabling clients to maximize their equipment's lifecycle through Leybold's services and solutions. You will collaborate with engineers and account managers to design and promote Leybold service offerings, focusing on maximizing client process efficiencies.

Main Responsibilities

• Work both remotely and on-site at advanced factories to demonstrate and promote the VTS Service Ladder, helping engineers and management extend equipment lifespan.
• Promote company service products by understanding failure modes and offering solutions to reduce downtime, focusing on various markets including metallurgy, energy, aerospace, automotive, and more.
• Develop strategies to expand business in your region, including current clients and new opportunities.
• Provide excellent technical support, service, and product advice to customers.
• Maintain company property and equipment at your control or customer sites.
• Sell Leybold's service product portfolio.
• Support the sales team with operational reviews and service presentations to secure repeat and new business.
• Focus on developing new business from customers with unserviced or newly installed equipment.
• Analyze customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive after-sales solutions.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role involves exposure to mechanical parts, outdoor weather, fumes, and airborne particles. It requires sitting, standing, walking, and manual tasks, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The position is 100% remote with travel up to 50%, often overnight.

• Engineering/science degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in lead generation, customer-facing roles, communication, technical knowledge, and problem-solving

• High energy, curiosity, quick learner, and independent work capability
