This is a key, high-impact position that makes a difference in the world. At Leybold, we help advance the world's technology by helping companies push the boundaries of their own capabilities. In this position, you will work with applications engineers, product engineers, and account managers to design and offer Leybold service and solutions that help clients maximize their process efficiencies. This position acts as the service sales liaison between the Leybold factory and the client, with the goal to teach companies how to maximize the lifecycle of their equipment through the VTS Service Ladder.
The physical demands and work environment characteristics are typical of this role, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. The role involves exposure to mechanical parts, outdoor conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and noise. Employees must sit, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and work on a computer regularly. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel (up to 50%).
Starting salary varies by location, with ranges provided for NY, CT, and MA.
