Service Sales Director (Southeast Region)

Join to apply for the Service Sales Director (Southeast Region) role at Elekta

The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for selling Service Agreement renewals (including all offers for products post-warranty and bundled service agreement expiration) across the product portfolio in a remote environment, with the goal of increasing contract penetration and service revenue for the region. Contacts prospective customers and explains features and merits of services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Remotely drive Service Agreement renewal sales to increase contract penetration and service revenue.
  • Update SFDC Opportunities to ensure visibility of progress throughout the sales process.
  • Analyze the installed base and provide recommendations on additional service sales opportunities.
  • Assist with Regional Sales follow-up from Trade Shows and industry event leads.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of Elekta’s product portfolio to understand customer priorities and deliver solutions that improve adoption of Elekta’s products and services.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on customer requirements, pricing, competition, and product quality issues.
  • Participate in routine planning, forecasting, and strategy meetings as requested.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of successful service sales and/or sales support experience in high-tech medical devices or relevant fields.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40%.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SFDC (CLM).

The US base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
