Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to oversee daily dispatch and optimization of Service Technicians across districts.

This role partners with District Operations and the Customer Experience team to meet service revenue targets and ensure timely, efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate has proven experience in technician routing/dispatching, strong analytical abilities, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience with technician routing/dispatching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable results.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build efficient service schedules for technicians in supported locations.
• Partner with customer experience to ensure quotes meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate emergency dispatching and ETA with drivers and customers.
• Work with District Operations to optimize scheduling using local knowledge.
• Review dashboards daily to identify aging orders and recertifications and schedule accordingly.
• Lead weekly District Service Planner meetings to improve staffing and efficiency.
• Ensure data collation and service work is posted daily and follow up on outstanding orders.
