Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in Fairfield, CT is searching for a Retention Center Associate to manage guest calls at the dealership and schedule service appointments. This role supports the service department by driving customer satisfaction and retention.

You will answer inbound calls, upsell services, coordinate with Service Advisors, and help customers with vehicle-related questions in a lively call-center environment.

Responsibilities

• Working at the dealership's facility to ensure efficient turnaround with guests' calls.
• Answer inbound calls.
• Schedule appointments for our service departments.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Introduce new customers to the benefits of doing business with Balise.
• Educating customers about their vehicle needs and other questions they may have.
• Partner with Service Advisors & Parts department if guests are inquiring on the status of their vehicle or an ETA for part arrivals.
• Other duties assigned by managers.
