Job summary

Labcorp in Richmond, VA is seeking a logistics-focused courier capable of supporting day-to-day operations and special projects. You will coordinate the logistics team, prepare drivers, and work with dispatch to optimize routes while handling inquiries and training new hires.

• 3+ years experience as a driver or courier.
• Excellent critical thinking and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the position.
• Comfortable with handling lab specimens when needed.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed

Pay Range

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
