Job summary

Pioneer Builders Supply is opening a new location in Longview and seeks a motivated Service Rep to grow with the team. You will help customers with orders, build relationships with contractors, and represent building products while delivering excellent service.

We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation. A path to Outside Sales Rep with uncapped commissions is available for high performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage your time, pipeline, and follow-ups independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order-related transactions and inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and key accounts.
• Represent a wide range of building products and value-added services.
• Input orders accurately into the computer system and finalize transactions at the register.

We are looking for entry level candidates for our Service Representative position. Previous experience in the building industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with order related transactions and inquiries. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
