Job summary

Pacific Supply, a building products distributor serving the Western United States, seeks entry-level Service Representatives in San Rafael, CA. Under supervision, you will assist customers with order transactions and inquiries, input orders, and help with Saturday store openings on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with order related transactions and inquiries. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
