Job summary

Sofive City Soccer, Inc. is hiring a Service Representative to be the frontline contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, processing bookings, and supporting management with administrative tasks. The role requires a friendly, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

You will engage with patrons during all operating hours, including weekends and some evenings, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient environment while promoting our soccer-centered services and products.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a retail or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays and some evenings.
• Knowledge of soccer or fitness industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with all staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, and perform cash and stock reconciliation.
• Uphold the store atmosphere and culture while maintaining product knowledge for soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative support for the management team, including documentation and reception tasks.

Job Description: As a Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering quality service and administrative support to our management team. You will engage with customers, provide information on our products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position's nature.
