Imperial Brady in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Equipment Technician to service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums. You will build strong relationships with accounts, keep service records, and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and prior hands-on service and maintenance experience with electrical

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills
• Electrical and mechanical experience required
• Experience servicing commercial housekeeping equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required

Responsabilités

The Equipment Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, with some overtime.

You will:

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures

You have:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
• Electrical and mechanical experience
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
• Excellent communication skills
