- Experience with regulated quality software (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Proven ability to identify AI/automation improvements.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for enterprise quality systems.
- Enhance quality platforms for complaint handling, CAPA, nonconformance.
- Identify AI/automation use cases across quality processes.
- Collaborate with Data Science to deploy AI-enabled capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Develop dashboards and metrics for Quality leadership.
