Job summary

Capital Ford Raleigh is seeking a detail-oriented Service Scanner Admin to join our service team. You will scan and file service orders, invoices, and other documents, then organize electronic and physical records for easy retrieval across the service department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills with scanning software and file management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Previous automotive dealership or service center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scan and digitally file service repair orders, invoices, and other required documents.
• Ensure all scanned documents are clear, complete, and properly categorized.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with service advisors and office staff to ensure timely processing of paperwork.
• Perform quality checks to verify document accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
