Job summary

Capital Ford Raleigh is seeking a detail-oriented Service Scanner Admin to join our service team. You will scan and file service orders, invoices, and other documents, then organize electronic and physical records for easy retrieval across the service department.

Qualifications

In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our service department running smoothly by ensuring all documents are accurately scanned, organized, and easily accessible for our advisors, technicians, and leadership team.
