Job summary

Waterbury Heating and Cooling seeks a service receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers in Sioux Falls. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, greet guests, and route inquiries to the appropriate department.

The role supports dispatching, order processing, and maintenance scheduling while maintaining professional and courteous communication. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of office/customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to promote a positive office culture and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with purchases of filters, parts, etc.
• Answer phones and transfer calls, collecting information and following up.
• Use Service Titan and OMS systems for new purchases and scheduling.
• Enter job details into Service Titan after completion.
• Schedule calls and contact customers as needed.
• Assist dispatching technicians to jobs as needed.
• Take information for deliveries and coordinate with drivers.
• Process payments over the phone.
• Schedule maintenance contracts (annual/bi-annual).
• Keep inventory of filters stocked for customers.
• Sort and deliver mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
