Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Winona, MN is seeking a Service Receptionist to support our Dahl Chevy GMC service team. You will help schedule service appointments, follow up with guests, and assist advisors and the service manager with a variety of customer service and administrative tasks.

This Monday–Friday role emphasizes a courteous, proactive approach and teamwork. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and a positive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Ability to stay on task and work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-ups with service appointments.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
• Assist advisors and service manager with other customer service and administrative related duties.

Bring your customer service experience to this professional role supporting our Dahl Chevy GMC service team in Winona, MN as a Service Receptionist. You will help schedule service appointments, follow up with service guests and assist the advisors and service manager with a variety of customer service and administrative related tasks. This is a Monday-Friday position!
