Job summary

You’ll manage pipelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the main client contact from pursuit through delivery and close-out.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CM/ME/EE or equivalent, 5+ years in construction PM, and strong skills in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
• Knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Knowledge of equipment selection procedures and clearances.
• Basic estimating skills.
• CPM or similar certification preferred.
• Knowledge of low voltage systems (HVAC controls, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed yearly project revenue and gross margin goals.
• Support clients with project financials, contractual and technical issues.
• Collaborate with a broad client base including owners and business leaders.
• Take ownership of projects as assigned by the Manager.
• Serve as primary client contact during sales pursuit, delivery, and close-out.
• Coordinate with departments such as Special Projects Group, Engineering, Accounting, and Purchasing.
• Assess site safety and implement actions to prevent injuries.
• Ensure safety compliance of subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Facilitate timely invoice processing and payments to subcontractors.
• Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans.
• Perform detailed financial management of projects (billing, change orders, subcontracts, etc.).
