Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing HVAC or technical projects.
• Strong project management and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of project financials (P&L, cost tracking).

Responsibilities

• Lead service projects from execution through warranty phase.
• Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring a high level of service.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams.
• Handle change orders, subcontractors, and project documentation.
