Job summary

Munters seeks a Service Operations Manager to lead field service operations for data center HVAC and cooling technologies in Dallas, TX or Austin, TX. The role involves hands-on leadership of technicians, dispatchers, and support personnel, with travel up to 75% to customer sites and project locations.

You will drive service efficiency, optimize customer satisfaction, and manage budgeting and forecasting for the operation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC service experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading field service teams and managing service operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-relations skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities
