Job summary

Philips Minnesota is seeking an experienced Service Internal Project Manager to lead critical service programs, managing scope, budget, resources, timelines, risks, and quality to ensure delivery aligned with organizational priorities.

You will build cross-functional teams around ERP or CRM implementations, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements in a matrixed environment. This onsite role requires presence in Plymouth, Cambridge, San Diego, or Colorado.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with Master's in PM, program management, or Agile.
• Experience in medical device regulated environment preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.

### Job TitleService Internal Project Manager### Job DescriptionAs Service Project Manager, you will lead critical service programs and projects, partnering with Business Process Experts, functional leaders, and subject matter experts to develop and implement standardized processes while addressing IGTD-specific needs. You will drive cross-functional alignment, process improvements, quality compliance, and PMO development while mentoring junior project managers and service innovation engineers.**Your Role:*** Lead high-impact service programs and projects, managing scope, budget, resources, timelines, risks, and quality to ensure successful delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.* Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation and integration of ERP or CRM applications, coordinating resources and deliverables across multiple projects. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to establish priorities and drive execution.* Build strong relationships across functions and business units, using communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment without direct authority. Translate ambiguous or complex needs into clear, actionable plans.* Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement, developing practical solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills while working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.* Drive best practices in program and project management within a complex, matrixed enterprise environment. Experience in field service or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically.**You're the right fit if:*** You have a minimum of 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent.
