Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly attitude and direct them appropriately.
• Record customer details (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and vehicle condition).
• Control service traffic flow and parking, assist with loaner vehicles, and park vehicles after check-in.
• Drive vehicles as needed and keep the service drive area clean and safe.
• Deliver keys and paperwork to Service Advisors promptly.
