Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to perform duties safely and accurately.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report) and have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and direct them appropriately.
• Record customer information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, vehicle damage) for service processing.
• Control service traffic flow, manage parking, and assist with loaner vehicles as needed.
• Move vehicles to and from service lanes and parking areas while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.
