Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screening including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them to the right person.
• Record customer information (name, VIN, tag, mileage, damages) for service intake.
• Control service traffic flow and assist with parking and loaner vehicles as needed.
