Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and directs them to the right place.
• Records customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk around).
• Controls service traffic flow, parking, and assists with loaner vehicles; parks vehicles after write-up.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe service drive area free of trash and hazards.
• Delivers keys and repair order copies to the Service Advisor after parking a vehicle.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
