Job summary

Mountain States Toyota, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring a Service Porter to support the Service Department. You will move, clean, and present vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires driving vehicles on the lot and service drive, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday, Sundays off. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities to support your career

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous automotive dealership, valet, porter, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and direct vehicles to service areas.
• Transport vehicles safely throughout the drive, lot, and property.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of service lanes and waiting areas.
• Assist service advisors and technicians by locating, staging, and delivering vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle prep tasks including washing, vacuuming, fueling, and inspection.
• Maintain lot organization and ensure proper parking to maximize efficiency.
• Follow dealership safety policies while delivering professional customer service.
