Town & Country Ford in Charlotte, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a Part-Time Automotive Service Porter to move service customer vehicles and help maintain an orderly service parking area.

Expect to greet customers, log vehicle details, control traffic flow, assist with loaner vehicles, and keep the service drive clean and safe while contributing to efficient service operations.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and directs them to the appropriate person or location
• Records customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk around)
• Controls service traffic flow and parking, assists with loaner vehicles as needed
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
