Job summary

Town and Country Toyota in Charlotte, NC, part of Sonic Automotive, is hiring a Service Greeter/Porter to help move service customer vehicles and maintain a safe, orderly service drive. Sonic Automotive, Inc. offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Income is $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and be able to pass pre-employment checks, including background, MVR, drug testing, and a driving record review.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude
• Record customer details: name, VIN, tag, mileage, and vehicle damage
• Manage service traffic flow and parking; assist with loaner vehicles as needed
• Park vehicles after write-up and deliver keys/repair orders to the Service Advisor
• Maintain a clean, safe service drive area and report any hazards
