Job summary

Mountain States Toyota, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring a Service Porter to support the Service Department by moving, presenting, and preparing vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain an organized, safe environment, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

The role involves greeting customers, transporting vehicles, keeping areas clean, and assisting technicians as needed. Valid driver’s license and legal work status required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct vehicles to service areas.
• Transport vehicles safely within the service drive and lot.
• Maintain cleanliness of service lanes, parking areas, and waiting areas.
• Assist service advisors and technicians by locating, staging, and delivering vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle prep tasks: wash, vacuum, fuel, inspect before delivery.
• Monitor lot organization and ensure proper vehicle placement for efficiency.
• Follow safety policies while delivering professional customer service.
