Job summary

Town and Country Toyota, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is hiring a Service Greeter/Porter to manage vehicle flow and enhance customer convenience in our service drive. You will greet customers, document vehicle details, and coordinate with service staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include directing traffic, handling vehicle transfers, and maintaining a clean service area while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work safely and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Record customer information (name, VIN, mileage) and verify appointments.
• Direct service traffic, assist with loaner vehicles, and park vehicles after write-up.
• Drive vehicles safely within the service area and report any lot damage.
• Deliver keys and repair order copies to Service Advisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, orderly service drive area and assist with general duties as assigned.
