Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver license to operate automatic and manual vehicles, excellent communication, and a willingness to undergo a skill evaluation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver0 license and ability to safely operate vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Willingness to complete a skill evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
• Escort customers to the service waiting area and provide information about service procedures.
• Safely move vehicles within the service area and to designated parking spots.
• Coordinate vehicle retrieval and delivery with service advisors and technicians.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the service department's parking lot.
• Monitor and manage available parking spaces for customer and team vehicles.
• Assist service advisors by checking in customer vehicles and creating repair orders.
• Maintain organized records of vehicles checked in and out of the service department.
• Conduct basic inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles and report issues to service advisors.
