Job summary

Bomnin Automotive is seeking a Service Porter at Bomnin Chevrolet Manassas to support the service department. You will greet customers, help maintain a clean service area, and assist technicians and service advisors. Driving and vehicle movement are essential parts of the role.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. You must be able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions and lift light loads; on-site work

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
Escort customers to the service waiting area and provide information about service procedures.
Safely move vehicles within the service area and to designated parking spots.
Coordinate vehicle retrieval and delivery with service advisors and technicians.
Maintain organization and cleanliness in the service department's parking lot.
Monitor and manage available parking spaces for customer and team vehicles.
Assist service advisors by checking in customer vehicles and creating repair orders.
Maintain organized records of vehicles checked in and out of the service department.
Conduct basic inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
