Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Service Porter to support the Service Department by moving and presenting vehicles with a focus on a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and guide vehicles to service areas.
• Transport vehicles safely throughout the service drive and dealership property.
• Keep service lanes, parking areas, and waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Assist advisors/technicians by locating, staging, and delivering vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle prep tasks including washing, vacuuming, fueling, and inspection.
• Monitor lot organization and ensure correct parking locations for efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and provide courteous customer service.
