Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and direct vehicles to designated service areas.
• Transport customer and dealership vehicles safely around the service drive and lot.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of service lanes, parking areas, and customer areas.
• Assist service advisors and technicians by locating, staging, and delivering vehicles as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle prep tasks including washing, vacuuming, fueling, and inspection prior to delivery.
• Monitor lot organization and ensure vehicles are parked in designated locations.
• Follow safety policies while delivering professional customer service.
