Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Calabasas, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Porter to maintain traffic flow, assist customers, and keep the dealership clean. The role offers hourly pay of $18.00.

Responsibilities include moving vehicles, replenishing fluids as needed, and ensuring lot presentation. We provide award-winning training and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k and PTO, with opportunities for advancement within Sonic Automotive.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Moves vehicles to maintain flow of traffic
• Assists customers with questions and directs them to proper personnel
• Maintains cleanliness of the dealership
• May replenish vehicle fluids as needed and perform minor vehicle assistance
• Keeps vehicle lots neat and orderly, moves cars per display standards
• Drives vehicles to/from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot
• Makes key tags for vehicles
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Follows all safety policies and reports accidents to a manager or supervisor
