Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, directing them appropriately to the right person.
• Installs disposable protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking the vehicle.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when they are ready for pickup and thanks them for their business.
• Follows all safety and security procedures.
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
