Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in San Francisco is seeking a friendly Service Porter to greet customers at the service department and ensure a smooth handoff to the Service Advisor. You will move vehicles around the lot, keep areas clean, and assist with shop and lot custodial duties.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a professional appearance, and a can-do attitude. You must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and able to drive both

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Professional and dependable demeanor.
Safety- and customer-service oriented.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them as needed.
Install disposable protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
Deliver keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking.
Retrieve vehicles for customers during pickup and thank them for their business.
Follow all safety and security procedures and attend required staff meetings.
