Job Description

The Service Greeter/Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth traffic flow, customer convenience, and maintaining an orderly service parking area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and directing them appropriately
2. Checking if customers have appointments, recording their details, and performing vehicle walk-arounds
3. Controlling traffic, parking, and assisting with loaner vehicles; parking vehicles after service write-up
4. Driving safely and reporting any lot damage immediately
5. Retrieving customer vehicles for pickup, thanking customers, and ensuring a positive experience
6. Installing disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags
7. Delivering keys and repair orders to Service Advisors promptly
8. Maintaining a clean and safe service drive area
9. Driving vehicles within the lot as needed
10. Creating key tags for vehicles
11. Maintaining a professional appearance
12. Performing other duties as assigned
13. Following all safety policies and reporting accidents
