FAH LLC in Wheat Ridge, CO, is seeking a dependable Service Porter to join our service department. You will move vehicles in and out of the service drive, maintain the area, and ensure every customer vehicle is treated with care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in
• Move vehicles in and out of the service bays per guidance
• Keep service drive and lanes clean and organized
• Place protective covers on customer vehicles to prevent damage
• Wash and vacuum vehicles after service if needed
• Shuttle customers or arrange alternate transportation
• Assist service advisors and technicians as requested
• Ensure keys are tagged and organized
• Maintain common areas and loaner fleet clean

We are looking for a dependable and customer-friendly Service Porter to join our service department team! In this role, you will support the service team by moving vehicles in and out of the service drive, keeping the service area organized, and ensuring every customer vehicle is treated with care and respect.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in
• Drive customer vehicles into and out of the service bays as directed by service advisors and technicians
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and service lane
• Place protective covers (seat covers, floor mats, etc.) on customer vehicles to prevent damage
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles upon service completion as needed
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership or arrange alternate transportation as needed
• Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as requested
• Ensure keys are properly tagged and organized throughout the service process
• Maintain service department common areas, parking areas, and loaner fleet in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive or customer service role a plus
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
