Job summary

BMW of Monterey is seeking a Service Porter to greet customers, move and park vehicles, and support the Service Department with vehicle deliveries and logistics. You’ll work with service advisors and technicians, help customers with Bluetooth and ConnectedDrive basics, and keep the service area organized and safe.

We value punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn automotive technology; prior auto dealership experience is a plus, but training is provided in a collaborative environment.

• Comfortable operating both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles.
• Able to learn and explain automotive technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Service Department customers.
• Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and service appointments.
• Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and dealership needs.
• Explain Bluetooth connectivity and BMW ConnectedDrive features to customers.
• Demonstrate basic vehicle technology and help customers become comfortable with their BMW features.
