BMW of Portland, part of Swickard Auto Group, is seeking a Service Porter in Portland, OR. This entry-level role supports the service department by moving and cleaning vehicles, greeting guests, and assisting technicians.

No automotive experience is required and training is provided. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required; the role is physical and involves standing and moving throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles between the lot, service bays, and service drive safely and efficiently.
• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly, professional presence.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department.
• Keep service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement to maintain workflow.
• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed for delivery readiness.
• Support the service team with general tasks to keep the department running.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move and stage vehicles between the lot, service bays, and the service drive -- safely, efficiently, and with care for every vehicle in your hands
• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly, professional presence -- you're often the first face they see
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department -- every car returned to a guest should leave in better condition than it arrived
• Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging to keep the workflow moving without delays
• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed to support delivery readiness
• Support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed
