• Keep lanes and staging areas organized and clear throughout the day.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with movement and logistics.
• Report any vehicle condition concerns immediately.

The Service Porter is a foundational part of that standard -- moving vehicles carefully, keeping the lot and service lanes organized, and ensuring every Volvo that passes through the service department is handled with the care its owner expects. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move guest vehicles safely between the service drive, service bays, lot, and delivery areas throughout the shift
• Stage vehicles for service write-up and for guest pickup -- ensuring every vehicle is positioned correctly, locked, and guest-ready
• Perform basic vehicle washes and light detailing as directed to ensure vehicles are returned to guests clean and presentable
• Keep service lanes, the lot, and vehicle staging areas organized and clear throughout the day
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and logistical support as needed
• Communicate any vehicle condition concerns -- new damage, warning lights, or other observations -- immediately to the appropriate team member

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles, including EVs and PHEVs -- Volvo's electrified lineup is a growing part of the fleet moving through this service department
• Reliable and punctual -- the service team's workflow depends on consistent porter coverage throughout the day
• Detail-oriented and careful with vehicles that don't belong to you -- luxury guests notice the condition of their vehicle and the porter who handles it with genuine care reflects that standard
• Prior porter, valet, lot attendant, or driving experience a plus -- not required
