Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville is seeking an entry-level Service Porter to help move guest vehicles safely between the service drive, bays, lot, and delivery areas. You will stage cars for service write-up and guest pickup, ensuring they are positioned, locked, and ready when the advisor or guest needs them.

You will also perform basic vehicle washes and light cleaning so guests receive their vehicles clean and presentable after every visit, while keeping lanes and staging areas organized and

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliability and punctuality essential.
• Careful and attentive with guest vehicles.
• Self-directed with ability to move and stage cars without prompting.
• Prior porter/valet experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Move guest vehicles safely between the service drive, bays, lot and delivery areas.
• Stage vehicles for service write-up and guest pickup—ensure each is positioned, locked, and ready.
• Perform basic vehicle washes and light cleaning so guests receive clean vehicles.
• Keep service lanes, the lot, and staging areas organized and clear throughout the day.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and logistical support as needed.
• Communicate any vehicle condition concerns—new damage, warning lights, or other observations—to the appropriate team member.

• Move guest vehicles safely between the service drive, service bays, lot, and delivery areas throughout the shift
• Stage vehicles for service write-up and guest pickup -- ensuring every vehicle is positioned correctly, locked, and ready when the advisor or guest needs it
• Perform basic vehicle washes and light cleaning so that service guests receive their vehicles clean and presentable after every visit
• Keep service lanes, the lot, and vehicle staging areas organized and clear throughout the day
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and logistical support as needed
• Communicate any vehicle condition concerns -- new damage, warning lights, or other observations -- immediately to the appropriate team member

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Reliable and punctual -- the service team's workflow depends on consistent porter coverage throughout the day
• Careful and attentive with vehicles -- Mercedes-Benz guests are attentive to the condition of their vehicle and the porter who handles every car with genuine care reflects the store's standard
• Self-directed -- you notice what needs moving or staging and handle it without waiting to be asked
• Prior porter, valet, lot attendant, or driving experience a plus -- not required
