Job summary

Crown Toyota in Ontario, CA, part of Swickard Auto Group, is seeking a Service Porter. This entry-level role supports the service drive, keeps vehicles staged and presentable, and helps keep the lot organized for guests.

No prior automotive experience is required; training is provided. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunity to grow within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles between the lot, service bays, and the service drive -- safely, efficiently and with care for every vehicle.
• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly, professional presence -- you are often the first face they see.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department -- every car should leave in better condition than it arrived.
• Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging to keep the workflow moving without delays.
• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed to support delivery readiness.
• Support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Physically capable of working on your feet and staying active throughout your shift -- this is an on-the-go, outdoor role in Southern California conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated -- the sales floor depends on you without needing to remind you
