Job summary

Ed Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter to help maintain vehicle presentation and support service operations. Responsibilities include cleaning and prepping vehicles, moving cars as directed, and assisting with general dealership duties in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes reliability, a valid drivers license, and a positive attitude. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the dealership group.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory appearance by cleaning interiors and exteriors, checks fluids as needed, and replaces batteries when necessary.
• Cleans new and used cars for delivery.
• Keeps lots neat and orderly and moves cars as directed by the manager.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks.
• Drives vehicles to service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Creates key tags for vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Cleans new and used cars for delivery.
• Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
