Job summary

Findlay Toyota Flagstaff is seeking a motivated individual to support vehicle movement between service areas and the lot, and to help manage flow as service tickets are created. The role includes providing courtesy washes and inspecting vehicles for damage and listed accessories, then recording any discrepancies on delivery receipts.

The position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods and to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Minimum of 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
• Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated.
• Provides customer courtesy washes as requested.
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.
